Terms of Service

Effective date: September 15, 2026

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kyntra. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian where required. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and keep your contact details current. We may limit access where use of Kyntra is restricted by law.

Some features may require phone or email confirmation, identity verification, a creator or host status, or additional security checks. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you have promptly reported unauthorised use.

2. Communities, content and messages

Kyntra lets people discover communities, create or join conversations, share posts and media, follow other users and use direct or group messaging. You keep ownership of content you create. To operate, display, moderate, improve and promote the service, you grant Kyntra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, distribute and display that content within the service and its related operations.

You must have the rights needed to share your content. Do not post or send unlawful content, threats, hate speech, harassment, impersonation, child sexual exploitation material, fraud, malware, spam, or content that violates another person’s rights. Community owners and authorised moderators may apply community rules in addition to these Terms.

3. Community Spaces, embedded broadcasts, events and tournaments

Kyntra may offer live audio Community Spaces and surface broadcasts embedded from supported third-party providers, alongside community events and tournament activity. Community Space hosts and moderators are responsible for using their controls appropriately, including speaker requests, participant approvals, removal and ending a room. Embedded broadcasts remain subject to the provider’s rules, availability and controls. Do not record, rebroadcast or misuse another person’s live content where you do not have permission.

Tournaments and Arena experiences may include brackets, real-time Chess or Whot, or supported external-game room flows. Participants must follow the rules shown for the relevant activity. Match outcomes, disputes, evidence review and any associated settlement are handled through the applicable Kyntra process; users must not submit false results, fabricated evidence or attempt to bypass room, readiness or moderation controls.

4. Marketplace, wallet and payments

Kyntra may provide marketplace listings, checkout, orders, receipts, wallet balances, earnings, withdrawals and transaction history. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You are responsible for giving accurate payment details, reviewing transaction information and complying with any tax or legal obligations that apply to you.

Wallet funding and payment callbacks are web-only flows. Native Android and iOS clients do not expose coin purchasing or initialise in-app top-up. We may delay, decline, reverse or review an activity where fraud, security, legal compliance, a payment failure or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

5. Identity and premium verification

Some Kyntra features require approved identity verification. This can include creator eligibility, going live, withdrawal access or premium verification. Where requested, you may be asked for identity documents and verification media. Giving false, misleading or unauthorised verification material is prohibited.

Premium verification may involve a quote, a payment, review and an approval or rejection decision. A verification badge does not guarantee reach, earnings, safety from all impersonation, or any particular outcome. Where a paid verification application is rejected, Kyntra may initiate a refund according to the status and process shown in the service.

6. Safety, moderation and enforcement

Kyntra uses product controls, automated systems and human review to help prevent fraud, abuse and harmful activity. We may restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account, or preserve information where needed for safety, fraud prevention, a dispute or a legal obligation. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact support with the relevant details.

Do not scrape the service, reverse engineer it, interfere with platform security, create accounts to evade enforcement, collect personal data without permission, or use Kyntra to promote scams or other harmful conduct.

7. Privacy and account deletion

Your use of Kyntra is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion through the authenticated account flow. Closing an account makes it inaccessible immediately. Kyntra retains limited payment, fraud-prevention and legal-review records in a restricted six-month window before final anonymisation, subject to any lawful retention requirement or legal hold.
